Hagedorn Foundation Gallery is pleased to announce an exhibition by Paul Lange. Prominent New York City fashion photographer Paul Lange, whose work has been featured in Vogue, Glamour, GQ, Mademoiselle, Bazaar, Elle, British Vogue and The New York Times, has segued from editorial and celebrity images to fine art photography. The country estate of Manhattan florist Zeze, a former studio associate, provides the subject matter for the new nature series. Big Blooms are large, lavish portraits of flowers. The images have been collected world wide and featured in Architectural Digest as a substantial part of Aerin Lauder’s personal collection. Lange’s peonies, roses, poppies were first noticed by The Metropolitan Museum of Art’s curator Harold Korda who featured them at the Annenberg Space for Photography in The Beauty and Culture exhibition in 2011.
